Is there a way to transfer a save from 1 PC to another? I started playing on my own PC and during some weekends I go to my grandparents house. So would it be possible that I take the save and transfer it to another PC?

Well id guess 1 way to do it would be to put the save file on a USB and then load it up on the other PC later

the files will be in "whatever drive you have ubisoft installed on > Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\437" should be AC4s save files now before you mess with the files i recommend that you make another folder (just on ur desktop or smth) and make a copy of your save files incase you mess it up
