Are there High Profile and Low Profile kills in Mirage?
I'm kinda puzzled about how the finishers work, what different types are there? I've noticed buttons for 'assassination' when they enemy doesnt see you, 'kill' when in combat and they are low on health,
is there another type?
do they get stunned for different finisher?
any other info would be much appreciated

Nope, RIP H/L profile assassinations, it's just assassination now, there is running assassination but its detection is the same as others afaik.
Finishers are either counter kills or simply lowering their health to 0 (Combo Kill).
Other than that, there are chain, teleport and cover assassinations among the legacy ones (ledge, over the head). There are also gadgets like knives but that's about it.

pretty sure if you get them from the sides you do a quick little slash of throat rather than a big wind up and slam, but yeah as shabah said,just basic mechanics in this one

There is a quick slash when basim or the target is not a good position for an animation.
I have not seen the slash (or I can't remember it) but I know if you approach from sides it'll have different animations.

when do counter kills happen, if you attack them after parry?

Yes, for the ones with spears, it might require two parries.
