this might be crazy but is there anyway I could have someone help get my fallout 4 back a update

this might be crazy but is there anyway I could have someone walk me though getting my fallout back to version 1.10.163. I have been trying to do this for hours and feel lost . most of my modding experience is just plug and play so I'm not super sure what to do with all this changing files and there are some videos and forms on it but I feel like they skip stuff or just assume that you have already changed some of the file stuff

• close steam
• Go to where your steam is installed (by default c:\program files (x86)\steam, if you have fallout 4 installed on another drive then go that steam library instead) and open the steamapps folder
• Find the appmanifest_377160.acf file, right click it and click on properties
• near the bottom of the properties window tick the box for read only then click apply and ok, this will stop steam from auto updating fallout 4
• launch steam and then the steam console by pressing Win + R, typing in steam://open/console and pressing enter
• once the steam console opens it's time to download the depots of version 1.10.163 game version
• download these two depots by typing these commands into the steam console:
  download_depot 377160 377162 5847529232406005096
download_depot 377160 377163 5819088023757897745
• wait for the depots to download and once they do head back to the steamapps folder
• inside it open the content folder then the app_377160 folder
• inside there should be depot_377162 and depot_377163 folders
• move the contents of both folders to where your fallout 4 is installed and overwrite everything
• once that's done you should be good to go and on version 1.10.163

so i did all of this and made sure to do it carfuly and then fallout would not at all so im working on fixing that now
