Tried it as default vs custom install

Oh, seems to get hung up on Microsoft Compatibility Telemetry background process right before splash screen goes unresponsive

@fresh swift, we can't seem to reproduce the issue on our end. Might sound silly but want to confirm that you used the alpha.3 installer that was linked in this channel, and didn't source it from somewhere else.
