Installing the new AE collection to test

While it was in the hung state, I tried to install one of the optional mods and there wasn't an option

Restarting Vortex seems to have resolved, but I was never prompted for any optionals

This optional wont install

I had to install it from the Mods tab

When I Apply Collection Rules, almost all of my Plugins Loader Order is set to -1 until I Sort.
(All automation options are off)

I checked for updates then clicked the update icon on UFO4P (2.1.8 -> 2.1.9a).
Selected Current Profile only.
I got a notification that it installed, but its still Installing/spinning

I clicked the gray Installing button and got an unrecoverable error

Restarted, uninstalled that UFO4P version, installed again and same issue

Looking in staging, it appears to be installed but the UI never updated to show installed/enabled?

This time I tried switching the version back to 2.1.8.

After each of these I got an error refreshing user info after the restart and logged out and back in to fix it

The load order being -1 was probably my own fault. I had a custom override of the gamebryo extension
