Also, only happens when I'm logged in. I can view collection pages while I'm logged out of the site, but logging in brings up the error page. Unfortuately no way to download collections without logging in.
Not sure what would be special about your account to cause it. Can you link your profile or provide your username
Hilariously, loading my profile page also produces the "Something went wrong" error.

No, still no change. Tried it on Firefox on my laptop and Chrome on my phone. Logged out, cleared browsing data, logged back in and still got the error.
Just to test if it is a problem with my account I signed up for a new account using an alternate email address and I can view collection pages using the new account. Logged out of the new account and back to the old account and it still displays the error.
Ok will take a look this morning. If the account is broken somehow (no idea how) we can move your premium time to your new account
@novel widget We will fix this shortly. It's caused by your account being so old your "allow promotional emails" was not set to true or false as it wasn't an option when you joined. We'll set it to false to fix the problem
