Has anybody else created a similar mod? It may be worth checking how they did it

Already checked that. They only have things replaced not related to what I want or made a complete overhaul. I just wanna replace the bg

Back to the topic at hand, I found this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/283 which changes the background music of the main menu. Perhaps it needs to be somehow unpacked, edited and re-packed?

It does say MainMenu.bank though, which according to a quick google search, is a packed file of sorts

Ok, .pak definitely is an archive. So you'll need to figure out how to extract that

Yh I know how this works. Already created some mods and overhauls. But I just dont find the path to the Customization background

i guess the only thing you can do is going sifting through the files until you do find it 😛
