Health Check Errors that do not go away

Missing Game Files and Incorrect WINE configuration prevent me from doing anything.
I have followed the steps as described, yet nothing changed. I am on the newest version of NMA and all files are verified and in working order.

for the wine error what fixed it to me was removing quotation marks before and after the environment value. for the rest, can't help you
