skse is a manual install - I know you said not to say to watch a video, but its a one time thing so I would recommend one for installing skse
LOOT is annoying and I recommend learning sorting plugins manually eventually, but for now since you're only now coming back, it's perfectly fine
FSMP is what you're thinking of for physics. It adds physics to clothes if they support it, and then theres some other stuff for body physics (or you can stick to FSMP for body physics as well)
