Not sure how, or when this was caused.
Try nabbing the log files:

Getting your log files in the Nexus Mods app

Log files can be found by clicking the help icon at the top of the app and selecting "View App logs" as shown below.

I was thinking it may have been something unaccounted for between upgrades, aaaaa

(So I was actually thinking of looking at the versions in the logs, haha)
