I'm hoping to comm1ssion a 3d artist to create a model of my dog.
I'm unsure if existing skeletons could be reused.. would be a mix of skeever and dog if anything. She's part dachshund.
Would anyone have any idea what a project like this would run to comm?

You can't hire people here. It is not allowed. Most modding platforms have that rule in Terms of Service. Stops scams, helps promote indie development and keeps mods free.

Still falls under the same rule, even if you're just asking for a .nif file and not a full mod, it's still considered payed talk if money's involved. Most modding sites and Nexus Mods treat any paid asset request the same, whether it’s a model, texture, or full mod. That’s why it’s blocked.
If you really want someone, you’ll need to do it off-platform. Sites like Fiverr, ArtStation, or even DeviantArt (via DMs) are better places to find 3D artists open to that kind of work.
