I only used Vortex for a few Cyberpunk 2077 vehicle mods all by yellingintothevoid. (https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/18759) Vortex let the user select what tuning parts to use in the car mod in a really slick way. I'd love to see the same integration in NMA. Thanks!

@chilly walrus Have you tried the app? It already supports FOMOD installers. Or are you saying you have tried it and it doesn't work for these mods?

I was just about to come back and say it worked for the Nissan 350Z mod and the Honda S2000 mod from the same author. Unfortunately after finishing I get this error for both.

@chilly walrus could you go to the library in the app and find the mod Honda S2000 - ArchiveXL. In the toolbar is a button labeled Install that has a drop down menu with a secondary installation option. This advanced installer shows you a list of files that are in the archive, can you post a screenshot of that list?

EDIT: I got an Unhandled Exception error when installing the Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX mod too. I thought it went okay at first.
I'm guessing I need to select install all?

that's the manual file, can you try and use the advanced installer with the fomod and send a screenshot of the file tree. The installer reported that a file was missing from the archive

Ok I have a variation of that error
I've added a ticket for it as I was able to replicate it on both Steam Deck and Windows 11: https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/NexusMods.App/issues/3245
