anothing thing is wheeler was working while in the beginning of the game and i did some clicks and its not working now it was bind to q and e
i dont see what mod in your pics could cause the issue, but i do have a question of my own. What version of the game you have? Because you got one mod for SE(1.5.97) and another for AE(1.6->)(actually a few for ae, but still)
if I had to guess it's probably just vanilla kill moves with immersive camera se 'forcing' them into first person perspective.
couldnt find actor limits highers version and i dont even know if its working or not cause vortex didnt cause any issue
its not forcing me to go in to first person but that kill move is so annoying

no no, what I meant by forcing is that Immersive Camera SE makes lots of actions stay in first person rather than switch to 3rd person which is the normal/vanilla behavior.
oh thats why got it. so can i disable this animation completely?
I guess you could use a mod that disables kill moves.

NOTHING seems to work right that I have tried except violens. I have disabled kill cam, kill animations...on and on and still RANDOM kill move. Violens gets rid of ALL EXCEPT Moveset added animations. Those, I ASSUME< you not only have to remove the animation, but find out where conditions FOR that animation, the "trigger" is, in the JSON (If it includes one) or you may have crashes or hangups
