Looks like it's missing Not Your Average Neon, Vault 88 More Rooms, and Reginald's PreFab ShackFest. You're going to have to do some google searching for each of those and see if you can find them elsewhere - reddit posts usually have links to places you can find mods taken off nexus. I found a site for each one but the links are a little sketchy so you're going to have to take some risks if you want them.

All you need are the plugins
Where you get them, the game doesn't care. Now whether those are the correct version you need is a different story
