Check the requirements to make sure you have them all, also most require ether FNIS or Nemesis to be run and always remember to purge and re deploy if you are adding them to a list.

extras should be below boots in the equipment section of character creator
or I guess it's technically called legwear (outer) not boots

go back to the Character Creation Home where you go to select weapon, body type, equipment etc. for your character and go to Colors/Patterns/Stickers, there change to the second tab/section that has a helmet icon and go down until you find icons that look like a ring (there should be 4) change colors of the ones you have equipped which should be the genitals and pubic hair, they each will have a square showing their current color as a indicator that you have something equipped.
