Im kinda new to modding and I want to strip the Enclave colonel coat and take the underarmor to replace enclave soldier's military fatigues.

the NIFs should be inside ccOTMFO4001-Remnants - Main.ba2, more precisely in meshes/creationclub/clothes/coloneluniform , you can use a tool like BAM to extract them https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/81640
