So you're saying I should install Vortex on the E:\ drive? I've tried this and this didn't work

It should say what permissions you have under your account details

I previously had a laptop not too long ago where I used Vortex too, and it worked fine (with the same E:\ drive, it's an external one btw)

I don't know if it being an external hard drive causes the issue
