You can use the simple downgrader, as for your modlist, I'm afraid you'd have to go through it to verify you're not using any mods that are for NG instead of OG, which if you're downgrading after installing the mods, you likely do.

Downgrade cuz 80% of them mods are old, not updated at all and wont be updated cuz most modders dont want to spend days or weeks updating their mods... You aint gonna lose anything and mods can provide you better experience than immersion breaking weapons that were added with that fake next gen patch... If the patch was real next gen removing loading into interiors and making the game run better and look better and had Raytracing like any next gen patch should have, then modders would reawaken and updated it... Also most mods for that so called next gen patch still work on the previous version of the game and most mods that were completely broken (visual mods, weapons and clothes and animations) will have both options available for download if they even update them but so far from what I saw, nobody cares about next gen patch cuz its so bad that people wish it was not added to the game at all...

Visuals, Weapons, Clothes and animations were never broken for the most part since the NG game has support for both OG and NG ba2's.

#

Only thing that really broke were F4SE dependent mods, the majority of which have been updated.

#

There are some core mods missing though, like Buffout 4. And the fact that facegen mods can cause a bug that tanks your FPS.

#

Other than that, NG is a decent update. What you're asking for (RT and such) would require an overhaul of the game engine, which we all know isn't something bethesda is going to do in the first place. They've been using the 'same' engine for well over a decade
