Yeah that one. Also the downgrader patchers are broken so you'll need to download the old Skyrim versions with the depot method from the vid too.

few of them but rverted back to old version

Oh, one step that might be necessary is opening the vanilla game and starting a new game up til you can press esc and exit out to create ini files. If it's not that, then I'm out of ideas.
