Those two are literally just like siblings, like the kind that are a little bit further apart in age but still like to joke around with each other. Jay and Chip are more like the siblings that grew up super close, so they're more prone to messing with each other (i.e. playing pranks on each other), getting into fights, calling each other names, but they still have that connection where they can just look at each other and know what the other one is saying.

Lolololol I haven’t listened to any of the other campaigns yet and I’m only on 54 of Riptide so I haven’t met a majority of the characters but I am a hard and fast CaspianxGill shipper. And mind you, anything about Lizzy I’ve only had like.. 2-3 episodes worth of character for to get a judgement on.
