I can't seem to find any information on them and it feels as though they're lost to time. The current artists are still great, but I really do miss the older artworks and I was wondering where that illustrator is today.
The only information I was able to find about them was off a Korean wiki that listed them as "Baring," but I believe this is just a rough translation so unless I can read Korean, I've hit a wall.

I'm not sure there's any public information on any of the artists or developers for latale tbh, all the staff for the game's development is handled internally at actoz soft and there isn't really any credits nor website page that lists them, it's also likely that it's been handled by multiple artists over time even in the old illustration days

That's unfortunate 😔 I wish the artists were credited properly. I was just really curious to know if they were still active in illustrative work or if they are still present at Actozsoft. Regardless, I hope they are doing well somewhere out there!
