I wanted to start a guild for my GF and I to try and get friends to join us and wanted to see if there was a way to get guild crystals without LTC. Is there anywhere I can farm, or a guide with everything that can drop it/% rates?

You can get Guild Crystals from most of the Reputation associated dungeons between levels 160, starting with TAID: Flower Valley to 190 with Star's Cradle and its TAID version. These last two being the most used to farm.
Make sure you equip gear and use buffs to increase your Item Drop Rate, as these have a low chance to drop.

It's all mobs inside the dungeon, including the boss. So anihilate everything (and when I mean low drop rate, I'm super serious. So high IDR is required). It'll be best to farm with a Wind Stalker character for the extra IDR passive.

gotcha! I need to farm for IDR gear and luckily I used the 235 pot for a Wind Stalker earlier this week.
Managed to find 2 in full hero/taid hero runs so guessing I just got SUPER lucky
