Oh lmao. Well, someone found my fa post and I had an interview with the captain and all that. What I'd recommend u do is put your fa post in as many splatoon servers u can. U can find the inkolpolis crosswalk server and they'll have a whole list of servers u can join. The ones I recommend tho are Splatoon Stronghold, The Inkademy, Splatoon Recruitment and Free Agency, and Inkling Performance Labs. But don't be afraid to try out some of the other ones on Inkolpolis Crosswalk server. I can send u the link to it if u need
And believe me, finding a team isn't easy but it's always best to put yourself out there or apply for teams that seem to fit u
If u don't get into them, that's okay. Just keep looking and you'll find the team u want eventually
Many teams do have many ways of finding u whether u are worthy of being on the team or not from what I've seen but yeah. I'm sure you'll find your team eventually or find the right people for your own team (:
