My suspicion is...that face model always had undyeable eyebrows. Some people dragged the eyebrow colour way into one direction, trying to make it show up and when it did not do anything they just left it wherever, as it didn't matter. Maybe they actually finally updated the face to have dyeable eyebrows, because people have been complaining about that. And now the eyebrow colour tgat you originally left it as is actually applied

Needs to be darker. But also, they have the same issue. They can only make it look like skin in certain lighting situations. Some will always make it stand out, because fabric and skin handle light slightly differently, especially if shine is applied to either
