I am thinking.. maybe we need to gather altogether and make a petition to Amazon about missing faces and return them in game?
I feel this is very unfair, choices of faces to be replaced were not agreed with the community. I would personally add all possible photo if that will be needed. Some faces are literally unusable due to bad proportions, feels like i watch some PUBG character creator instead.

Not sure if this is the right channel, but there seems to be an inordinate amount of preset requests vs presets made. Many cases of requesters not spending any time searching for existing solutions, or being (I hate to say this) lazy and asking people to make the most basic preset for them (eg only changing hair colour on a base preset), or one user making 2-3 requests at a time. I feel bad for the creators even though this is a hobby they enjoy. Does anyone think that requesters ought to contribute first in some way before asking for as much as they do? Perhaps some sort of ticket system that indicates how many requests someone can be entitled to based on prior contribution?

I say this coming from a background of designing liveries in racing simulators like iRacing and Assetto Corsa where this type of situation would not really fly and creators time is much more valued

Granted this is not as complex, but certainly some creators spend a lot a lot of time on their work, I can tell

Idk a good solution but maybe one channel for preset advice (eg someone tried to get started but isn’t satisfied with what they’ve made so far and would like some tips to improve) and another channel for actual commissions where they can deal with a creator 1 on 1

Another thing some communities do is they have ticket systems on community support channels. You contribute or help someone with something (eg answer a question, explain something) and you are rewarded with a ticket that entitles you to some form of minor reward, which in this case could be a preset request

this is my take on this topic:

No personal DMs to Creators If you want to request a preset from the particular creator, you can tag creator in the request post.
From there creator will decide to DM or to reply in the #gallery discussions channel.
In case if creator will report user for DMs, user will loose ability to leave requests in the channel.

I posted draft with ideas mentioned before to Mercy, she will finalise the post and make announcement in the channel.

well that inven post was posted today... so you would only need to search mage today which could be done in seconds actually :)

but yeah if something was posted on inven today, it's extremely unlikely that we've already recreated it for NA/EU.
