2. download it
3. navigate to your Lost Ark customization file, should be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Lost Ark\EFGame\Customizing
4. paste the file into it
5. log on the game and go into character creation and the preset should be in there, note that the number in the file, just +1 to it and the number will be ur preset, like if the file says Mage_0, the actual preset will be in slot 1 in ur game preset
