I have a suggestion btw... if people use search (Ctrl+F) in the #presets, should we start tagging which class / subclass the presets we made for. That would make it easier to browse through the history for a specific class you're creating. I was scrolling the history just now and there were loads of "I'll just leave this here" or "here's mine" and I had no idea which class it was for.

For Jin, thereโs no such haircut in the creator- so it would just end up being a dark haired guy with a pointy chin.
The other two, same thing. Nora would just be a brown haired brown eyed pale person. yato same.
The problem is thereโs nothing to indicate itโs THEM, if that makes sense.
@cunning yew the exceptions are extremely distinct characters. In this video of some of my faces, Iโve got Annie from AOT. sheโs distinct bc of her hair, eyes, and nose - all doable in creator.

we're not really drawing, right? just shaping and coloring from whats already there
just gotta give yourself time to find the right colors, the right shapes.. its a lot of moving sliders, a lot of trial and error

Here's that green hue... I think it's just a texture bug. It doesn't show in-game much unless you zoom in all the way during daytime.

Did they say they were planning on censoring outfits in-game? I haven't seen or heard anything about that. I know they censor some of their marketing material so the game doesn't come off as over-sexualized but I haven't seen anything in-game

gotcha, I kinda understand why since I see people comment all the time that the female outfits are not looking as badass as the male ones and I think I saw an article about the game being outdated and sexist and whatnot

I spent a bunch of time tweaking a preset I liked, only to realize it was mostly unmodified defaults of a built-in preset.
Compared my even more tweaked result to the original built-in preset and ... unless you're really going wild with how hard you're cranking the sliders, I feel like the only real differences in how stuff ends up looking is colors/hair/markings/etc, face structure and stuff just doesn't have a lot of variance unless you're deliberately making it look weird/ugly <_<

I just felt like everything I could do to the face besides skin color, makeup, tattoo, hair, etc, either looked very same-y no matter what I did, or, make it look weird/ugly/bad <_<
Could also just be my aesthetic preferences are such that there's a very narrow goldilocks zone for any given slider for me ๐

I also really wish they had a static character creation pose option so people could take consistent pictures x_x all the bobbing and weaving around is a nightmare if you're trying to get true 1:1 comparisons
To do an accurate 1:1 I had to spam the pose button to get the pose to reset and immediately hit my screenshot XD

We just need someone to set up a VM somewhere that runs the game and automagically ingests people's preset files, loads it up, and takes screenshots in the exact same positions/lighting, saves it all, and then posts it to a website or discord channel as a nice and tidy bundle that shows you a summary of the base preset, face, sliders, poses, and has the file all neatly bundled up in one concise post. <_<

im not quite sure how the male gunner alar top dyes in parts so i cant really give any further info, but if you're able to dye the little dangly bit on the back of it, it might be worth to dye that a colour other than black, like a navy or dark crimson

Most of the presets I usually extend the nose / jaw area. The faces are too flat otherwise; the forehead isn't supposed to be the outermost part of your face when looking straight forward
