Okay so I fixed the issue. I had to add another item into the cart, and buy them together with the skin (I wasnt able to buy the skin alone), and that solved the bug. Yea doesn't add up either way. It's mandatory to apply for it within 90 days, if not, you're classed as being there illegally until you sort it, even if the visa is valid. You only need your passport, proof of address and employment/enrolment (the last you would need for a valid visa in the first place).

You could probably make 2 identical presets except for the skin color and look at it in hex editor and see where it differs - idk if the files have a checksum but I'd be kinda surprised if they did
