Yes, the preset buttons on the top of your profile menu under the skin and virtues tab are presets that you can save similar to how you have gear presets.

in my opinion, go with the pink-ish hair color. your skin is already pale and it fits well with the pink-ish tint of her eyes
white in general for hair is quite nice for all sorts of dye combination for skins but tbh so is the other tone as well. i also find white pretty boring since 9/10 people are dying white or black
