Well from what I can see on the pic, it seems like they're using the first makeup option for the lips at max opacity and then the tattoo to fill in the middle part, since that makeup option leaves a little line on the inner part of the lips

find the most similar one to it if theres none and play around till u get something close to it

though these assassin preset is extremely common though

and easy to make

the white + xx stripe is a nice dye too for these skins, most common one is white and sky blue so far but pink is pretty ncie too

its still abit seethrough even if you put glare at 0 and make it white(black is seetrhough), but its as good as it gets and depending on shader it doesnt look that transparent, for me on full white i dont notice the transparency that much, you have to really look to notice
