iirc, you can dye the star gem part in the middle, the like winged part as well as the middle section of the staff - but the ends remain golden-ish
not on the game so i can only use paint to illustrate it

Idk the color but if it helps, the jacket/pattern is the same as the bra strap so you could try at least getting close through that
