running is so slow in surge though

if you don't have spin cutter and the boss turns

especially if it's a guardian

it's basically taking more than the time you "lose" by using axel

or you may run out of maelstrom while running to the back

thats why i always use spin cutter some where at 50 stacks

and reposition

to the back as i get the last 10 stack

surprise + wind cut + turning slash > mael > blade dance + blitz rush > spin cutter + surprise or windcut or ur counter skill

you just have to remember to not use LS before your SS cycle and know when to use soul drain

well fm is easier i guess, the cd resets make it easy not to think

so you chain 4 pink spells for your nuke into spinn

which always gives you good nuke at the start even if the dmg phase is short

if you play any of the 2 nuke NE builds you dont have this at all

as you only use them buffed

which takes time

and you dont have it on most fights

thats why pinnacle glavier is so strong

all your dmg is so insanely compressed

and playing the 4 pink chain on NE is the same

just its hitmaster instead of ambush

so if you do good dmg in trixion as NE but not in real fights, thats why.. you play either 2 pink in general or 3 wrong
