You can put a pattern on it to make the cape looks different.
I tried but there is no pattern on the game that like paints the entire piece.
It ends being a mixed
Its the same paint from the dress but without the additional cape detail + thing on top that paints altogether.
Also the details are in copper (dont know if those paints)
