Yea coz it unlocks trixion, then you can setup stats gems tripods engravings cards and test it but the build must not depend on the set to function coz sets start at valtan. For example you cant test builds that depend on dominion to function but entropy, hallu, salvation etc is just damage increase or ats increase which doesnt change how you play the build
