It's designed for brand new and returner players, they did a poor advertisement and the thing that killed it for me is that these servers will be added to current server list, like euw. And that alone is already enough to not recommend it.
In bdo you get back to the same server as everyone, you can also swap as you please as a new player. Loa is way more restrictive with their JS and then you'll end up being in a very low pop server (assuming this given the poor advertisement lmao)
