I'm doing exactly what I've done in the past and have had 0 issued before this. Download, drop the file in the Customizing folder and then launch the game.

Yeah, most of the recent ones posted here should work. But if it's showing a greyed out icon then the presets are either not being picked up by the game or are in the wrong location. I would just make sure to check the file names and delete any text that might be appended at the end of the file names which obviously won't be read by LA.
