one of the things i find about most presets are that the philtrum is too long

which is technically realistic, but imo doesnt fit the style

so i usually shorten it slightly. looks less "realistic" but imo you cant really translate irl to the game engine

other things people would find unrealistic are the large eyes, but almost everyone uses eye sizes that would be considered abnormally large irl

2D characters never translate well in to other mediums. There is no "perfect" recreation, and what's "good" is 100% just subjective. Other than eye colour and hair colour, the only other things you might be able to translate are the eye shape and hairstyle. Everything else is just whatever fits.
