It's pretty hard to capture her expression. Usually the case for nearly every anime character. Eyes are also too small and hair color looks a bit off?
But the quality is also pretty poor so I might be wrong.

Nope, they are both at item level 600 (main mission wise, they are at shushire and yorn).
Mains are Bard and Sorc, with Deathblade coming up to 1415 (with the express event) and Glaivier at 1370.

these two aren't really meant to be alts because of the heavy investment and learning curve. summoner is friendlier so whichever you dump will be ok :3

On the one hand, GS was my first ever char, has some fun move skills to zoom through mountless islands...On the other hand, Arcana shares the skins of my other two mages, and I've kinda got the gist of which cards does what and when to activate them and all...

But both being at T1 makes them only useful for Una's tasks and certain islands access (bifrost / castle of return being in the east instead of center/west), I'm guessing either one could go...

i like it a little more golden brown, but that looks nice as well

there's a million different shades lol, like saddle brown, honey, london tan, cognac, saddle tan, camel

also, there's a thing i like to play around with for leather elements to give it an embossed look to it

select a pattern you like and change the color to the same as the base color and hit ok. then adjust the brightness of the pattern color just high enough to look like a lighter part of the leather and not like it was painted on

depending on the pattern, that may make the overall element seem brighter than before, so you might want to darken the base value and adjust the pattern accordingly. if the pattern color looks off even though you didn't move the hue around, try adjusting the hue toward the most immediate hue opposite to the tint you want to remove. for example, the jacket is darker brown but the pattern ends up with a pink tint, you can either pull the hue reticle closer to center to desaturate it overall or toward yellow, which should neutralize the pink by adding green
