well she is supposed to be a porcelain doll, for one, and i wanted to match the color of her hair ribbons while also giving her a more artificial appearance.

the smirk was intentional, i had the idea of an arcana that doesn't tell fortunes by seeing the future, but a doll that was magically brought to life with a spell that acted like an arcane processor that would allow her to learn and adapt to human behavior and become more lifelike through different experiences

lips is more of what face you choose. you can try to play with the lip tattoo and lip makeup to make them appear thinner. But for the nose to look "sharper" you have to adjust protrusion, and then adjust the +/- to blend it into the face. The chin "vertical" will make it sharper but also make it longer. so you have to play with the sliders to make it proporsional to the rest of the face. Then mouth/nose/eyes/eyebrow adjustments will have to be made
