Hello. I have 4 pcs set of the nightmare relic set. Where when I use my awakening, I get magic addiction. It works so far everywhere, but earlier, it will not activate when I’m inside chaos gate. Is this intended or it’s a bug?

Have 6 characters. 5 of them are Bards and 1 Artillerist.
My main is currently 1460 and I'm gonna leave him on that ilvl till we get new content.
One alt is already at 1430.

Does it make sense to wait for the global buff to push alts?
My alts are around 1385-1390 and I'd like to push them to 1415 (all gear at +15 to take full advantage of the stronghold buff) and then to 1430 after they are at 1415 and I have enough gold.
This will most likely cost me somewhere around 50k gold per alt(currently have 100k gold).
How much cheaper would that be with the global honing buff?
And won't I get most of the gold back while waiting for the global buff with the south vern raids/dungeons?
