I'm using the "RIS" filter (more generally called CAS, or Content Adaptive Sharpening) in my AMD drivers; that's a global setting that sharpens everything on my PC with a smart filter that doesn't cause a lot of artefacting(many simple filters have significant image quality downsides). I know Nvidia has a sharpening filter too, but that might require use of Nvidia Freestyle.

In addition to the things Icy mentioned: make use of the 2 Vern Powerpasses you got for completing Vern.
That's an easy way to grab 2 alts.

Then funnel materials you get from the alts into your main until main is Tier2, then go to your stronghold and research honing bonuses for T1 and then push your alts to T2. Repeat for T3.

For example, for accessories that controls the Bonus Effect stat. In your case (T3 Epic rarity) I think it goes from 150 to 240 (from 0 to 100).
The swiftness accessory is okay I guess, but the stats and engravings you want will differ greatly depending on your class.
