So i got help from the forum. Also got all my 40k gold plus materials.
The solution is to delete all previous mails & purchase something from market.
Its quite a big bug though. I mean if you buy something then you don't get the materials & also you don't get gold if you sell something. All because there are some old mails in your mail box. Well i am happy that i got my gold 😄

Does anyone know how judgement proc works on awakening? I tested in trixion to see if 15% skill cooldown stacks with cd from swiftness (I have 35% skill cd from stat) or if it's multiplicative but it's neither. It's in the middle of them both
If it's additive then I should be getting 50% cd
If it's multiplicative I should be getting 40% cd on awakening
But i'm getting 45% cd (I clocked it with stopwatch to check)

honing no only need as far as lab 2 and required ilvl. theres no traning camp exp but there is battle XP bonus for alts which requires at least lvl35 SH
