just fyi, you have to hone yes or yes at the start of a tier jump, you can buy gear for t1 and 2 (1 is mostly useless, you get a full set for free at shushire or the express event, also from powerpasses) but you always have to hone them, +15 for ilvl600 to start t2 questings and tier 2 +15 to get to 1100, if you hone transfer your +15 tier 1 you get a free +1 on your tier 2 equips

and yes, you cant buy already honed armors, gotta do it yourself

they use different leapstones, so unless you have bound ones ready, you gotta buy them, going for 2 1370 alts is gonna net you a good constant daily amount of money due to g.h.leapstones (also argos), going for pally could net you big bucks coz relic acces but its more of a gamble, you can also start getting mats for your relic sets, hard choice i guess

dont you need lust meter to dmg them in the first place? i doubt Ninev can dmg them (not mention reaching both too i think Ninev attack only have half a map distance) and with that you'd fail stagger check due to being charmed because of lust gauge constantly filling up while trying to Stagger Vykas since you choose to do Ninev instead of Wei - unless you're confident in your team ability to stagger

You can only powerpass or knowledge transfer. Powerpass also completes all the quests, and gives you roster rewards for completion but not character rewards. Knowledge transfer takes time and doesn't complete any quest
