Their prices have been very similar up til the big bot ban wave where EUC dumped down to 53g, but NAE only went down to 60 and quickly recovered to 67, whereas EUC still is below 60, at 57 at time of writing.

I picked mainly gear progression but a few "horizontal" ones, especially among the earlier rewards like some ship parts. The rapport and trade skill tools are rather easy to get by other means so taking those rewards felt wasteful.

depends on your objectives, if you want reach fast T3 choose every material (imo the best for your money), if you really don't care you can take selection rapport (but you should take the pheon/gems T3 and legendary rapport)

You should not use the power pass on the express event character. Not only do you have to do the lower tier content to get the big stage reward chest you will also get way too much honing help that you'll end up wasting most of it

It means you need to use the pass before June 30th or else it's gone. But after using it you don't have to worry about it expiring. Some players will use powerpass on a char that hasn't selected an advanced class yet, cuz they want to select a new class that isn't out yet. They let it sit there till new class comes out but powerpass is still used on it
