I know this might seem stupid but I'm not really knowledgeable on the games terminology, is Valtan considered a boss monster in regards to any effect that works for "boss monster" and also if you have dmg reduced from boss monsters, does that apply to all damage in the encounter or just directly from the boss itself, example: invader in valtan p1

Afaik only sorcs benefit from All Out Attack with its casting spells. And unfortunately the ideal combo on a neck for sorc is either crit/swift or spec/swift so that’s not really gonna worth too much.

valtan should indeed be a boss monster "or above", so things like grudge works on him, card set effects and such should work as well

boss rush gives a lot of leapstones which are one of the big source of your materials for honing. you're doing 2 runs vs 6 runs obviously you lose a lot of leapstones

For 1370 you're using purple gear. You dont have a choice, this gear maxes out at +15 and when everything is +15 thats when you're 1370

tldr; you do rested you lose materials. You clear daily and no rested you get more mats. It's no rocket science

Legendary gear has a max of +20, where only after +15 instead of gaining 5 gearscore per level, you gain 15 per level. This allows you to cheese to 1415 and do various combinations to achieve that gearscore

I'm not 100% sure on the specifics of NOTEXTURESTREAMING, but I think it disables mipmapping(partial quality textures), only loads max-res textures, and it might also disable VRAM texture cache eviction(which is the potentially dangerous part for lower VRAM systems, resulting in big lag or crashes when VRAM runs out).
For high VRAM(8+GB) systems it should be an improvement tho.

I just noticed that I am able to use the gift feature in the lost ark shop for Name Change Ticket, which would be no real world currency would be traded. But is it still considered against terms of service since in addition to gifting the name change ticket I'd like to compensate said player with gold for allowing me to take the character name which the player changes away from.

So I guess TLDR: since the only connection to currency outside of the game would be me buying royal crystal to be able to gift a Name Change Ticket to player A. But since it's still a "none-direct" trade i.e. gold+gifted Name Change in return for me being able to take player A's old name. Is it still then considered RMT? 🤔

flame area is faster to get off yes but the boss moves and its equally as useless as missing an asteroid

okay i'll make this extremely clear
the powerpass completes the story of vern and shushire only for that character
after those, you have a guide quest for another continent (rohendel) and it tells you you need a certain ilvl to do it, so you go grind that ilvl until you can progress

your FIRST character, wherever the hell it is, if it still has story quests to do then you have not finished the continent

story progress from vern is vern -> shushire -> rohendel (ilvl460) -> yorn (ilvl600) -> feiton (ilvl960) -> punika (ilvl1100) -> south vern (ilvl1340)
