they released the 1370 shop first, we didn't even get the 1415 shop till some patch recently, but the chaos dungeon itself has normal difficulty, and hard difficulty, normal difficulty gives you 1370 shop mats, hard gives u 1415 mats, both uses the same key tho, so you just buy both shops out eventually

the levelling process is where bots are swarming because they get banned then have to start over again lol, while the human players just knowledge transfer for their alts and they never do levelling anymore

The random stat range is like 1% of your total defensive stats for Armor. It's pretty much irrelevant.
Crafting also gives like minimum 60 Quality or so, so no need to care.
You might wanna recraft the weapon if you get 60 or 70, but even that isn't important.
The set bonus is waaaaay more significant than any minor stat differences.

If you're in EUC (maybe other regions are the same) there is also Chaos Gate at the same time. So spam change to CH1 at xx:00 as plenty of people will leave the channel. CH1 will never fail.
