you would have to compare the cost of the epic ship parts on the market vs . the crafting cost and the cost of the materials . presumably it should generally be cheaper to craft yourself bc people arent likely to craft them to sell without including a profit margin for themselves

if you do craft it is better to use the processor NPC to craft them then stronghold, since the former doesnt use your stronghold energy

Idk which one is which, but one of them makes it so if you are equipping a tripod at a higher/equal level, it will still mark the piece of gear if it has the correct tripod. Eg. Skill tripod lvl 3 equipped, it will mark gear with tripod lvls 3 and under of that same skill

the first time you clear any guardian gives some bonus loot, that can be worth doing sometimes, up to you which ones though, again some are more pain than others

if when you look at a guardian, it doesnt show you your "best time" for it, then you can get the bonus loot

No. It’s a different activity that’s one time per account. Gives massive rewards. Has a 1370 and a 1415 version which each have a different vendor/rewards.

chaos line is just a one time shop you can buyout in south vern but it takes several weeks of doing a once per week quest to get keys to enter this dungeon, that gives you this currency item you use to buy from that shop

and it also drops an omnium star by RNG

It’s meant to juice your main. If you want to do it on alts or save some rewards for them, go for it. Both use the same keys to enter, only the currency is different. Also, the currency is roster bound. Up to you.
