Right now everyone who HAD argos set are transitioning off 5 piece into relic 2 piece, meaning the 5 SET bonus on the supports are no longer enhancing the 5 set bonus on the DPS, ( the 2 sets buff each other ) meaning theres really no reason why dps should be even building argos 5 piece set, as the 2 piece is a constant crit set or crit dmg bonus for yourself. You can work around the bug by swapping which accessory slot you have them in. That should no longer unequip.

Yes, 333 is very cheap, it's practically free. Get a 6/6 stone and complete it with 9/9 engraving books. That's 33 right there, and then the final 3 is from +15 class engravings from OreHard/Argos.

If you wanna speed up getting proper stats and engravings, then sure, you can buy it. I typically just waited for RNGesus to bless me. Don't forget, after you've gotten your Chosen Weapon from OreHard, you can use all the other Empryss Shards (or whatever it's called) to craft accessories with your guaranteed class engraving at the exchange NPC

If your class rotation doesn't depend on any specific stat, than yeah. I know Shadowhunter, for example, needs enough spec to go Demonic in a single rotation, I'd recommend like 70-80 qual on their spec items.

First time Argos P1 reward (and buying the chest reward at the end) should give you 2 pieces of Argos armor, and then its 3 more weeks for the rest (1 piece per week, buying the reward chest every week), and on the final week you should have no extra Argos bloods. And get your weapon from Oreha Hard, don't bother with the Argos weapon, since it costs more, and there's no Argos 6-piece buff.
