While there will be some people who will pick one dps over another just based on class, for most people though, as long as your stats aren't all over the place and your engravings are solid, they don't care beyond that.

Pheons are a currency used to purchase gear at the auction house (don't spend them until T3 and you need them usually.) Plumes are a currency that allow you to revive instantly (save these for instanced content where needed, never use in open world or levelling dungeons)

dispatch isnt worth it if you can do the boss itself, the only time where sending a dispatch is good when your alt is 1355, because they haven't updated yoho to be 1370 on the dispatch menu so u can send a dispatch on ur 1355 to her

@ripe sedge Lv10 is imo more important. Astray is generally considered a bad ship until then for 5 sailor slots and the added resistance and speed. I'd get that before focusing on sailors since Lv1->10 is like 1 million pirate coin
