By default there is a keybind to swap your integrated preset, which could include gear switches along with talent switches, gems, card etc. im guessing thats what you hit

I have the same problem with my low T3 one. it it seems that glaivier needs a lot of investment compared to classes that are strong early.
assuming you're using pinnacle

1. needs a lot of skill points as you use a lot of skills
2. Needs really high spec to feel smooth and adds a lot of damage
3. back attack class that will get stronger with relic set + ambush master
4. more tripods needed as you have many skills

i got the engravings (3 lvl 3 pinnacle, increased mass, keen blunt) , gems (all lvl 5 and main dmg skills), accessories (all legendary on stat), and item level (1385) the only things im missing are a higher tier conviction and judgement and a few skill points (i got the core skills maxed out only missing 1 lvl 10 ability being wheel of blades). The main reason im wondering this is because it feels like no matter the yoho party im in my damage is always way in the gutters compared to others just the other run i did under 15% damage with 3 other 1370s . If in the case that the remaining skill points and a higher tier conviction and judgement are required am i just doomed for low dmg until i get them?

Glaiver is at best medium damage current balance pretty much. And I don't know much about the class but you'd most likely get away with more dmg with other engravings. Not much to do about that now though. Even if it's Maxroll recommended

yeah perhaps it would make gearing too easy if only 3 stats, as that means only 3 possible combination of stats so a 1/3 chance of any gear piece having ideal combination. whereas with 6 you only have a 1/15 chance of getting ideal stat combination. there would still be a lot of rng with 3 stats though considering they also have to roll good engravings
